Elizabeth George Bridal are an award winning bridal boutique located on the outskirts of Middlesbrough. Over the last 14 years the business has been built through social media, word of mouth and recommendations as they have struggled to find an agency that could deliver a website that aligned with the boutique’s image.

Elizabeth George had recently gone through a refurbishment and there was a need to align the online image of the business with what the boutique looks like inside and the level of service that is provided to all customers.
We knew that one of the main priorities for the new website was to capture new photography and videography, which was undertaken by Matthew our in-house Photographer & Videographer, to be used throughout the website as their old images were out of date.

By creating an explainer video, potential customers are able to see and understand exactly what to expect when arriving at the boutique and it also allows them to see the members of staff who will be serving them, thus reducing any potential objections they may have.
Within the first 7 days of the new website going live the website had generated 14 new leads from brides to be wanting to book appointments, compared to the old website that would generate 2-3 leads per week!
Now they have a website in place that we know converts website visitors into leads we are working on a SEO campaign to drive more potential customers to the website.
